What devices can I use to take courses?

You can use any device to take courses on Marketing Labs that has a modern browser and is connected to the internet. We recommend accessing Marketing Labs on a desktop device.

I'm not able to access lesson content. How can I resolve this?

Courses use a variety of content types including HTML lessons, videos, quizzes, and interactive elements like SCORM. Several factors can cause errors accessing lesson content.

Try these strategies to resolve an issue accessing lesson content:

  • Confirm your internet connection is stable
  • Refresh your web browser and make sure your web browser is updated to the latest version
  • Close and relaunch your web browser
  • Try to load the lesson in an Incognito or Private window by selecting your browser's menu button and selecting New Incognito / Private Window. If the lesson content loads successfully in the new window, this indicates that a browser extension could be preventing the content from loading
  • Try to load the lesson in a different location (for example, if you're at an office or school, try at home). If the lesson content loads in the new window successfully, this indicates that a network setting could be preventing the content from loading
How do I give feedback about Marketing Labs?

Each course includes an optional survey in the last lesson.

You can also provide feedback about your overall learning experience in the Marketing Labs learning experience survey.

How can I get help if I have other questions?

For questions specific to LinkedIn advertising or your Campaign Manager account, you can visit the Help center. It provides answers to frequent questions and a way to contact the LinkedIn support team through chat.

For help with your Marketing Labs experience, start a chat with the LinkedIn support team, noting that you need help with LinkedIn Marketing Labs. For technical issues, include information about:

  • Your web browser type and version (for example, Chrome Version 136.0.7103.49 (Official Build))
